Refunds and Exchanges

Of course I want my customers to be happy, but I am unable to offer any exchanges or returns, unless a mistake was made on my end (e.g., the wrong fabric is shipped or there is a serious flaw in the fabric). This probably won’t happen as I personally check all orders and fabric prior to packaging. But...if this type of error does occur, rest assured I will take care of you. No worries.
